Brazilian Air Force Aerospace Operations Command meets with Vaya Space
On the morning of May 13th, Vaya Space Vice President of Operations, Latin America, Darcton Damião, attended a meeting at the Brazilian Air Force Aerospace Operations Command – COMAE. On the occasion, Dr. Damião was received in audience by the Commander, General Heraldo and his deputy Commander, General Barbacovi.
The main purpose of this meeting was to show the competitive advantages of Vaya Space in the global market of small satellite launchers, as well as to signal Vaya's decision in operating in Brazil.
It is noteworthy that the Aerospace Operations Command is responsible for coordinating, planning, executing, and controlling aerospace operations in Brazil.
To that extent, it is essential that the main decision makers of space-related activities in Brazil know the differentiation capabilities of Vaya Space, considering its imminent operation from Brazilian soil.
